Job Overview:
The Logistics and Fleet Coordinator is responsible for coordinating logistics functions, ensuring efficient, timely, and cost-effective logistics and fleet operations that support programme and operational activities.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Coordinate the timely receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods, maintain accurate stock records, track distribution of goods, prepare logistics and fleet reports, maintain organised records, contribute to budgeting, provide operational support, coordinate fleet management, monitor fuel usage, arrange staff travel, implement tracking systems, manage documentation, conduct safety briefings.

Required Qualifications:
Strong experience in coordinating and managing logistics, fleet operations, warehousing, and distribution; proven expertise in fleet coordination; understanding of donor compliance and supply procedures.

Educational Background:
Not specified

Experience:
Hands-on experience with vehicle tracking systems, inventory tools, and effective vendor coordination; INGO experience considered an advantage.

Additional Notes:
The starting gross salary is from NGN 14,550,552 per annum, depending on experience. Candidates must have the right to work in Nigeria and be based in the advertised location.
