Job Overview: The M&E Officer will support monitoring, evaluation, accountability, and learning activities for the NHCI (Nigeria Hypertension Control Initiative) Program.
Duties and Responsibilities: Support the design, implementation, and strengthening of M&E systems; collect, analyze, visualize, and synthesize program data; provide training and mentorship; support stakeholder engagement and advocacy.
Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in public health, epidemiology, biostatistics, information management, economics, or a related field required; Master’s degree preferred.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years’ experience in monitoring, evaluation, and learning for public health or development programs.
Languages: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Additional Notes: Ability to travel domestically, including to locations classified as hardship environments.
