We're looking for a driven Business Development Officer to lead our client acquisition and partnership development efforts.
Duties and Responsibilities: Generate and qualify leads through proactive outreach to HR Directors, DEI Officers, and C-suite executives. Deliver persuasive sales presentations tailored to client needs. Manage the complete sales cycle from initial contact to contract signing. Build strategic partnerships with industry associations and business networks. Maintain CRM systems and provide market intelligence.
Required Qualifications: Strong prospecting and cold-calling skills. Excellent presentation and communication abilities. CRM proficiency (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, or similar). Self-motivated and results-oriented.
Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
Experience: Minimum 3 years proven track record in B2B sales or business development
Languages: English
Additional Notes: Existing network in HR, DEI, or CSR/ESG functions is a bonus. Interest in disability inclusion or social impact is a bonus. Experience in consulting or professional services is a bonus.
