Job Description
Job Overview:
Macrostrat Nigeria Limited is a strategy, research, and advisory firm dedicated to driving scalable impact by collaborating with public institutions, development partners, and private sector organizations.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Conduct in-depth primary and secondary research, prepare technical policy notes, review existing policy performance, create a smart database, identify emerging technologies, write technical presentations, prepare economic updates, produce high-quality reports, manage project timelines, and engage with stakeholders.
Required Qualifications:
Proficiency in research and analytical applications, strong interpersonal skills, ability to work independently, and excellent problem-solving skills.
Educational Background:
A Master’s degree or PhD in Public Policy, Economics, or a related field of the Social Sciences.
Experience:
2–5+ years of experience in policy analysis and research, preferably in a private sector or government think tank, NGO, or academic environment.
