Job Description
Job Overview:
We’re hiring a remote 3D CAD Designer to work on roof modeling, exterior house geometry, and measurement reports using modern design tools.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Building accurate 3D roof models and full exterior house structures, creating roof measurement reports (facets, pitch, ridges, valleys, etc.), modeling exterior elements like siding, gutters, and trim, working with aerial imagery and maps to ensure accuracy, coordinating with internal teams to maintain quality, delivering consistent, high-quality output on a daily basis.
Required Qualifications:
Strong attention to detail, comfortable learning new tools quickly, basic understanding of geometry and spatial reasoning, experience with CAD or 3D tools is helpful but not required, able to work independently and manage time well, clear communication.
Educational Background:
Any background in CAD, drafting, or 3D modeling is nice to have.
Experience:
Experience in construction, architecture, or estimating is a plus.
Languages:
English proficiency is implied.
Additional Notes:
This is a fully remote role, primarily looking for candidates based in Latin America or West Africa (Nigeria preferred), with specific shift availability in EST.
