UX Designer

Job Overview:
We are hiring a UX Designer to craft intuitive, research-backed user experiences across Joveo's platform. You will turn complex workflows into simple, elegant interfaces — advocating for users at every stage of the product development process.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to inform design decisions. Create wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes for new features. Collaborate with product managers and engineers to deliver feasible, user-centered designs. Develop and maintain UX documentation including journey maps and design specifications. Iterate designs based on user feedback, analytics, and qualitative insights. Contribute to and maintain Joveo's design system and interaction standards.

Required Qualifications:
Strong portfolio demonstrating UX process — research, wireframing, and final design. Proficiency in Figma or similar design and prototyping tools. Experience conducting and synthesizing user research and usability studies. Understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG) and inclusive design principles. Ability to work cross-functionally with product, engineering, and data teams. Strong systems thinking — ability to design for complex, multi-step user flows.
