Job Overview:
We are hiring a Technical Program Manager to drive the planning, coordination, and delivery of complex engineering programs across Joveo's product and infrastructure teams.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Own end-to-end program delivery across multiple engineering workstreams; Define and maintain program roadmaps, milestones, and dependency maps; Facilitate cross-functional coordination between engineering, product, and ops; Identify and proactively manage risks, blockers, and technical dependencies; Drive clarity on requirements, scope, and trade-offs for complex initiatives; Report program health, velocity, and status to leadership with precision.
Required Qualifications:
Experience managing complex, multi-team technical programs end-to-end; Solid technical foundation — ability to engage meaningfully with engineers; Strong understanding of agile and hybrid program delivery methodologies; Exceptional written and verbal communication for distributed team environments; Experience with program tracking tools (Jira, Linear, Asana, or similar); Ability to hold accountability without direct authority in cross-functional settings.
