Job Overview: We are hiring a Performance Marketing Manager to own Joveo's paid acquisition strategy across all digital channels. You will manage budget, build campaigns, optimize relentlessly, and report results with precision — making every dollar of marketing spend work harder.
Duties and Responsibilities: Own and manage paid media budgets across Google, LinkedIn, Meta, and programmatic channels. Design, launch, and optimize full-funnel paid campaigns targeting enterprise buyers. Build audience segmentation, targeting strategies, and retargeting frameworks. Develop A/B testing frameworks for ads, landing pages, and conversion flows. Track and report on ROAS, CPA, pipeline attribution, and conversion metrics. Collaborate with demand generation, content, and sales teams on integrated campaigns.
Required Qualifications: Strong hands-on experience managing paid media campaigns at scale. Deep proficiency in Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and Meta Ads. Experience with attribution modeling and multi-touch revenue reporting. Familiarity with marketing analytics platforms (GA4, Northbeam, Triple Whale, or similar). Data-driven decision-making — rigorous about experimentation and measurement. Experience in B2B SaaS or technology marketing environments preferred.
