Job Description
Job Overview:
Halton Health Development Foundation is expanding its roster of technical consultants and is seeking experienced Health Financing Consultants for upcoming assignments supporting health systems strengthening and universal health coverage reforms.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Consultants may support Health Financing, Diagnostics, and Reform Design, Fiscal space and resource mapping studies, BHCPF and PHC financing support, Strategic purchasing reforms, Technical assistance to national and subnational institutions, Capacity building and policy dialogue, Proposal development and applied research.
Required Qualifications:
Strong analytical, report writing, and stakeholder engagement skills; Experience supporting governments, donors, or implementing partners; Experience in Nigeria and other LMIC settings preferred.
Educational Background:
Advanced degree in Health Economics, Public Health, Economics, Finance, Public Policy or related field
Experience:
8+ years of relevant technical and consulting experience
