Job Overview: We are hiring an Operations Manager to design, manage, and continuously improve the operational systems that keep Joveo running efficiently. You will own processes, drive cross-functional execution, and build the operational backbone that scales with the business.
Duties and Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day operational workflows across one or more business functions, Design and implement standard operating procedures and process documentation, Identify operational bottlenecks and lead structured improvement initiatives, Track operational KPIs and produce regular performance reporting for leadership, Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align on operational priorities and resources, Build and lead operational team members through clear direction and development support.
Required Qualifications: Proven experience in an operations management role in a technology or services company, Strong analytical skills — ability to use data to diagnose problems and track outcomes, Excellence in process design, documentation, and continuous improvement methodologies, Experience with operations tooling (spreadsheets, Notion, Asana, or similar), Strong organizational skills and ability to manage competing priorities at scale, Effective communicator and relationship builder across functions and seniority levels.
