Design Intern (Graduate Trainee with Architectural Background)

Job Overview:

Duties and Responsibilities:
Assist in the development of architectural designs, presentations, and technical drawings. Conduct research on materials, design trends, and sustainability practices. Support the team in drafting and 3D modeling using software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Rhino, etc. Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative design ideas. Prepare project documentation and assist in client presentations. Collaborate with project managers, architects, and designers on various phases of design and construction. Conduct site visits and surveys, as required. Assist in administrative tasks related to design projects.

Required Qualifications:
Recently graduated with a degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field. Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Rhino, and Adobe Creative Suite. Strong understanding of architectural principles, space planning, and sustainability concepts. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Passion for design and a keen eye for detail. Knowledge of building codes and construction documentation is a plus.

Educational Background:
Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
