Job Overview:
Integra Diagnostics & Laboratory Ltd. is a leading provider of comprehensive diagnostic and laboratory services, committed to delivering accurate and timely results to support healthcare outcomes.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Performing diagnostic tests and procedures in various fields of laboratory medicine, maintaining quality control standards, ensuring accurate and timely test results, analyzing samples, operating complex laboratory equipment, collaborating with medical staff to support patient care and diagnosis, managing laboratory systems, adhering to strict safety and procedural guidelines.
Required Qualifications:
Proficiency in Medical Technology and advanced diagnostic testing, strong laboratory skills including sample collection, preparation, and analysis, knowledge of Laboratory Medicine and Pathology best practices, experience with Quality Control standards and protocols in healthcare labs, excellent attention to detail and the ability to ensure accuracy under tight deadlines, strong interpersonal and communication skills for collaboration, familiarity with compliance and safety standards in laboratory environments.
Educational Background:
Bachelor's degree in Medical Laboratory Science, Biology, or a related field
Experience:
Certification as a Medical Laboratory Scientist or equivalent
