Duties and Responsibilities: Design and implement performance management systems (KPIs/OKRs) that drive measurable business results. Lead the development and execution of the organization’s People & Culture strategy aligned with business objectives. Oversee end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, compensation, and exits. Partner with leadership on workforce planning, organizational design, and talent management. Design and implement learning and development initiatives, including leadership and capability development programs. Manage employee engagement, wellbeing, and internal communication frameworks. Develop, standardize, and enforce HR policies, processes, and SOPs. Provide advisory support to leadership on employee relations, conflict resolution, and organizational matters. Oversee administrative and operational functions to ensure efficiency where applicable. Track, analyses, and report HR metrics to support data-driven decision-making. Proven track record of driving performance and accountability in a mid-sized organization.
Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. CIPM certification is mandatory (SHRM/HRCI is an added advantage). 5–10 years of progressive HR experience. (3–5 years in a leadership HR role). Solid understanding of current HR and workplace trends. Strong change management and leadership skills.

Additional Notes: Salary: N500,000 – N650,000 per month. Work Days – Mon – Fri (8.30 – 6pm) Sat (8.30 – 1.30 pm)
