Senior Architectural Designer
Job Description
Job Overview:
This is a full-time, on-site position in Lagos for a Senior Architectural Designer. The role involves leading architectural design projects from concept to completion, creating detailed construction drawings, collaborating with clients and project teams, and contributing to urban planning initiatives.
Duties and Responsibilities:
The Senior Architectural Designer will ensure that design outputs meet the required quality standards, timelines, and project specifications.
Required Qualifications:
Strong skills in Architecture and Architectural Design, with the ability to create innovative and functional designs. Proficiency in creating detailed Construction Drawings and technical documentation. Experience in Urban Planning and related design processes. Competence in sketching and Drawing, with attention to detail. Excellent project management and communication skills. Proficiency in architectural design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp) is highly desired.
Educational Background:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or related field
Experience:
Minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience

Additional Notes:
Knowledge of local building codes and regulations.
