Job Overview: We are a real estate company in Ile-Ife, Osun state looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Business Support Officer to manage front office operations while supporting daily business centre activities.
Duties and Responsibilities: Administrative support to the estate management team, manage incoming calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries, schedule meetings, inspections, and appointments, assist with tenant inquiries and service requests, support coordination of maintenance and facility management activities, prepare reports, memos, and basic documentation, ensure proper filing and documentation (physical and digital), maintain office records, files, and documentation. Business Centre Functions: Typing, printing, scanning, and photocopying, assist customers with document formatting and basic editing, manage printing jobs (black & white, colour, bulk printing), handle lamination, binding, and related services, ensure proper use and maintenance of office equipment. Customer Service: Attend to customers professionally and efficiently, handle payments and issue receipts where required, resolve basic customer complaints or escalate when necessary.
Educational Background: OND in Business Administration, Office Management, or any related field.
Experience: Prior experience in a business centre, cybercafé, or admin role is an additional advantage.
Additional Notes: Strong computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, typing proficiency), good communication and interpersonal skills, ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment, attention to detail and accuracy, basic accounting or cash handling skills, customer service orientation, ability to troubleshoot minor technical issues (printers, systems).
