Job Description
Job Overview:
We are looking for a results-driven professional with proven leadership skills to manage our technical team and operations across Lagos. You will oversee solar installations from start to finish, manage project execution, support existing customers, troubleshoot issues, and hire and build a strong technical team to meet growing demand.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Manage and lead the technical department and installation teams in Lagos; Hire and onboard new technicians as the company expands; Supervise and execute solar installation projects from design to commissioning; Support and maintain excellent relationships with existing customers; Provide hands-on troubleshooting and after-sales technical support; Proactively identify and resolve issues before, during, and after installations; Drive best practices to ensure projects are delivered on time, safely, and within budget.

Required Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years managing technical teams or departments, preferably within the renewable energy sector; Strong project management experience, using Project Management tools like Asana, Trello, MS Project, etc. PMP certification is a plus; Deep understanding of solar power systems (inverters, batteries, panels, site assessments, installations, etc.); Proven experience hiring, developing, and leading technical teams; Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills; Ability to work independently and navigate challenges creatively and efficiently.
