Job Overview: A multi-subsidiary premium healthcare and lifestyle group in the aesthetic industry, serving a sophisticated, results-conscious clientele, with a structured approach where clinical authority, clarity, and long-term value take precedence over hype, is seeking a Marketing & Creative Director to lead brand strategy, creative direction, and growth across the group.
Duties and Responsibilities: Define and lead brand architecture across multiple premium healthcare and lifestyle subsidiaries. Build and optimise end-to-end marketing systems (awareness trust conversion retention). Lead integrated, omnichannel campaigns grounded in strategy—not trends. Translate clinical and technical expertise into clear, compelling, high-trust narratives. Own both marketing strategy and creative direction, ensuring alignment across all touchpoints. Drive performance marketing strategy across SEO, SEM, CRM, social, and email. Oversee market research, consumer insights, and strategic planning. Lead and develop multidisciplinary teams (marketing, content, design) and manage external agencies. Own marketing budgets, define KPIs, and drive measurable ROI. Luxury lifestyle and Premium Healthcare Marketing.
Required Qualifications: Minimum of 6+ years experience in marketing, with significant leadership responsibility. Proven experience in both marketing strategy and creative direction. Strong background in brand strategy, positioning, and aspirational storytelling. Experience within healthcare, luxury, hospitality, or premium consumer brands. Deep understanding of digital marketing, performance channels, and CRM systems. Demonstrated ability to lead teams, manage agencies, and deliver measurable growth. Strategic, analytical, and creatively decisive.
Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree required (Master’s or relevant certifications are an advantage)
Experience: Minimum of 6+ years experience in marketing, with significant leadership responsibility.
