Duties and Responsibilities: Design and implement performance management systems (KPIs/OKRs), lead the development of People & Culture strategy, oversee HR operations including recruitment and onboarding, partner with leadership on workforce planning, manage employee engagement and wellbeing, develop HR policies, provide advisory support on employee relations, oversee administrative functions, and track HR metrics.
Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; CIPM certification is mandatory (SHRM/HRCI is an added advantage).
Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: 5–10 years of progressive HR experience, with 3–5 years in a leadership HR role.

Additional Notes: Salary: N500,000 – N650,000 per month. Work Days: Mon – Fri (8.30 – 6pm), Sat (8.30 – 1.30 pm).
