Finance Manager (Financial Technology)

Job Overview:
Our client is seeking to hire an experienced Finance Manager who will be responsible for overseeing the company’s financial health by managing financial reporting, budgeting, audit processes, and strategic financial planning.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Prepare accurate and timely management accounts on a monthly basis, analyze financial performance and provide actionable insights to the CEO, ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal policies, track and monitor company revenue streams, develop dashboards and reports to provide visibility into financial performance, identify trends, risks, and opportunities for revenue optimization, build and maintain robust financial models to support strategic decisions, lead budgeting and forecasting processes, provide scenario analysis and business projections, manage both internal and external audit processes, ensure timely resolution of audit findings and implementation of recommendations, maintain strong internal controls and ensure regulatory compliance, develop and maintain financial dashboards for real-time insights, automate reporting processes where possible to improve efficiency.

Required Qualifications:
B.Sc degree in Finance, Accounting, or any related field, ACCA/ACA certification is mandatory, strong experience in financial reporting, modelling, and analysis, proven experience managing audits (internal and external), proficiency in financial systems and dashboard/reporting tools, excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, ability to work closely with executive leadership.

Educational Background:
B.Sc degree in Finance, Accounting, or any related field.

Experience:
7+ years of relevant experience in a fast-growing environment or Financial technology.
