Job Overview:
Sovereign Technology and Innovations Limited is looking for a driven and detail-oriented Associate Product Manager to join our growing team. If you’re passionate about building impactful digital products, working across teams, and turning ideas into scalable solutions, this role is for you.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Support product planning, roadmap development, and execution; Work closely with engineering, design, and business teams to deliver high-quality features; Translate business needs into clear product requirements and user stories; Assist in product testing, feedback gathering, and iteration cycles; Analyze product performance and contribute to data-driven decisions; Help manage product documentation and stakeholder communication.
Required Qualifications:
1–2 years experience in product management or a related role; Strong understanding of product development lifecycle; Excellent communication and organizational skills; Ability to think critically and solve problems effectively; Familiarity with agile methodologies is a plus; Tech-savvy with a passion for digital innovation.

Additional Notes:
Hybrid role: primarily remote; Physical presence required once or twice monthly for team collaboration and strategy sessions; Compensation: NGN150,000 net.
