UI Designer

Job Overview:
We are hiring a UI Designer to create the visual layer of Joveo's product — translating UX frameworks and brand standards into polished, production-ready interfaces.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Design high-fidelity UI screens and component variations for web and mobile; Build and maintain a comprehensive design system with reusable UI components; Ensure visual consistency across the platform through rigorous design standards; Collaborate closely with UX designers, product managers, and frontend engineers; Create and deliver design assets, redlines, and specifications for development handoff; Stay current with UI trends and evolve Joveo's visual language over time.

Required Qualifications:
Strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality visual UI design work; Expert proficiency in Figma including component libraries, auto-layout, and variants; Solid understanding of typography, color theory, spacing, and visual hierarchy; Experience building and maintaining scalable design systems; Familiarity with frontend implementation basics — understanding CSS, responsive design; Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain quality across high-volume design work.
