Job Description
Job Overview:
We are hiring a Product Designer to own the design of Joveo's product experiences end-to-end — from early user research and problem framing through to polished, production-ready UI.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end design for product features — discovery, wireframing, and final UI. Conduct and synthesize user research to validate design decisions. Build interactive prototypes to communicate and test design concepts quickly. Collaborate with engineering, PM, and data teams throughout the product lifecycle. Contribute to and evolve the product design system. Present design rationale clearly to stakeholders and incorporate feedback constructively.
Required Qualifications:
Strong portfolio showing full design process from research to shipped product. Expert proficiency in Figma and prototyping tools. Experience working as an embedded product designer within an engineering-led team. Balance of UX thinking and high-quality visual UI execution. Ability to prioritize and deliver across multiple concurrent projects. Familiarity with frontend implementation basics to support smooth engineering handoff.
