Duties and Responsibilities: Partner with the founding team to align people initiatives with business priorities, lead end-to-end recruitment, designperformance management frameworks, champion an inclusive work environment, ensure compliance with Nigerian labour laws, manage employee lifecycle processes, and maintain HR records.
Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline; Minimum 5 years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in a business-partnering or generalist capacity; Solid knowledge of Nigerian law" style="border-bottom: 1px dotted #007bff !important;">labour law and compliance obligations.
