Job Overview:

Duties and Responsibilities:
Coordinate technical resources involved in IT activities; Monitor and verify the quality of both routine and project activities; Daily control of service levels (SLA) and contribute to their maintenance; Ensure the security" style="border-bottom: 1px dotted #007bff !important;">security of the client's IT system; Plan second-level interventions and support the Project Coordinator; Manage third-party suppliers and related activities.
Required Qualifications:
Proven experience in designing, implementing, and managing containerized platforms based on Red Hat OpenShift, with skills in cloud-native architectures, Kubernetes orchestration, DevOps integration, and security management in enterprise environments; Excellent knowledge of existing IT technologies with the ability to interpret customer technological needs; Ability to provide optimized and high-performance solutions; Excellent coordination skills of the work group and project activities; Excellent planning skills.
Additional Notes:
Availability for on-call work; Willingness to travel within the client's territory.
