Job Overview:
The Logistics & Procurement Coordination Officer will support the company’s delivery and supply chain activities by coordinating trucks, drivers, suppliers, and material movement.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Coordinate truck movement, driver follow-up, and delivery schedules; Liaise with suppliers, logistics providers, drivers, and customers; Track goods from order placement to delivery; Ensure clients receive materials in good condition; Support sourcing enquiries and price comparisons for materials; Assist with order placement and procurement follow-up when required; Keep records of deliveries, logistics updates, and supplier information; Report delivery issues, delays, or supply concerns promptly; Work closely with the Business Support Officer to reduce operational pressure.
Required Qualifications:
Minimum of OND / HND / B.Sc. (any relevant field); NYSC members or entry-level candidates may apply; Basic understanding of logistics, procurement, or supply chain operations is an advantage; Ability to coordinate drivers, suppliers, and deliveries effectively; Strong communication and follow-up skills; Good organizational and record-keeping ability; Ability to use WhatsApp, Excel, and basic digital tools; Must be proactive, reliable, and able to take initiative; Must have good work ethics and professional conduct; Ability to work in a fast-paced, field-involved environment; Must be available for on-site work; Must reside within or close to Amuwo-Odofin / Festac axis, Lagos.
Educational Background:
Minimum of OND / HND / B.Sc. (any relevant field)
Experience:
NYSC members or entry-level candidates may apply; Basic understanding of logistics, procurement, or supply chain operations is an advantage.
