Job Overview:
AidaPay is a fast-growing fintech based in Ibadan, Nigeria, building smart solutions that make everyday payments cheaper & easier. We're looking for a marketing" style="border-bottom: 1px dotted #007bff !important;">Digital Marketing Officer to take the creative reigns in social media marketing.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Content Creation: Study, understand and replicate content types and style; write scripts for reels; act in reels; produce and edit all AidaPay reels; design thumbnails; lead best-practices decisions on video length and caption style. Social Media Management: Post consistently on Instagram and TikTok; handle comments and DMs; maintain a content calendar; analyze metrics for content performance. General: Use project management tools; assist the CMO with various marketing tasks.
Required Qualifications:
Show a portfolio of content; fast turnaround speed; engaging on camera; in tune with Nigerian internet culture; based in Ibadan or willing to relocate; 1 year’s experience in social media content creation.
Experience:
1 year of experience making viral, relevant content on social media.
Additional Notes:
Salary: 150 - 180k depending on experience; equipment supplied; team building events.
