Job Overview:
ARQ Studios is a creative studio focused on delivering high-quality, impactful content across digital platforms. We work with a range of clients and projects that require strong storytelling, clean execution, and attention to detail.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Edit raw footage into high-quality, engaging video content; Apply storytelling techniques to enhance clarity, flow, and impact; Add transitions, motion graphics, text overlays, and sound design where necessary; Colour correct and grade footage to maintain visual consistency; Ensure final outputs meet platform specifications (Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.); Collaborate with the creative team to understand briefs and feedback; Implement revisions based on client or internal feedback; Organise project files and maintain clean workflows; Deliver projects within agreed timelines.
Required Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years professional video editing experience; Strong portfolio showcasing a range of video editing work (required); Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects; Strong understanding of pacing, storytelling, and visual composition; Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects; High attention to detail and commitment to quality; Reliable internet connection and access to a personal computer capable of handling video editing workloads; Good communication skills and responsiveness.
Experience:
Minimum of 3 years professional video editing experience.
