Job Overview: We are seeking a high-caliber Operations Manager (Sales & Strategy) to serve as the engine room of our commercial growth. This is a hybrid leadership role that requires a rare blend of operational discipline, sales leadership, and strategic foresight.
Duties and Responsibilities: 1. Strategic Planning & Execution: Work closely with the Managing Director to design and implement multi-year growth strategies for the firm’s project portfolio. 2. Sales Operations & Enablement: a. Oversee the Sales and Marketing departments to ensure alignment with organizational revenue targets. b. Design and manage the operational workflow for Independent Marketing Consultants (IMCs) and internal sales teams. c. Implement and manage CRM systems to track lead conversion, customer retention, and sales velocity. 3. Project & Administrative Oversight: a. Coordinate between the technical site teams and the sales office to ensure project milestones are accurately communicated to subscribers. b. Manage the administrative logistics of high-profile events, including product unveilings, roadshows, and international exhibitions. c. Ensure all property documentation, MOUs, and legal frameworks are executed with precision and efficiency. 4. Performance Management: a. Establish Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for the sales and administrative staff. b. Analyze sales data and operational costs to optimize the company’s ROI on marketing spend and site activations.
Required Qualifications: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Estate Management, or a related field. An MBA or professional certification (e.g., PMP, NIM) is a significant advantage. Experience: Minimum of 7–10 years of professional experience, with at least 4 years in a senior operations or strategic management role, ideally within Real Estate. Analytical Skills: Strong ability to interpret market data and translate it into actionable business strategies. Leadership: Proven experience in managing multi-disciplinary teams and high-level stakeholder relationships. Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in project management tools, CRM software, and advanced Microsoft Excel. Values: Deep alignment with our core values of Excellence and Mutual Benefit.
