Job Overview: This role serves as the primary conversion engine across the OneBarrow ecosystem, integrating OneBarrow (Strategy & Advisory), iDoctorAccess (Product: CPP, PAP, HSA), and CareLink (Execution: Health hubs, outreach, deployment).
Duties and Responsibilities: 1. Client Leadership & Senior Counsel: Serve as trusted advisor to C-suite and senior stakeholders, lead engagements requiring legal, commercial, and operational alignment, structure client problems into bankable, executable solutions. 2. Trio Conversion Ownership (End-to-End): Translate client needs into solutions across OneBarrow Strategy, CSR/ESG, transformation advisory, iDoctorAccess CPP, PAP, HSA product deployment, CareLink On-ground execution. Own full lifecycle: Origination, Structuring, Deal Closure, Deployment, Performance Tracking. 3. Revenue & Deal Ownership: Own client-level P&L, including revenue targets, profit margins, efficiency ratios. Originate and close deals across Corporate Productivity Plans (CPP), Personal Access Plans (PAP), Health Savings Accounts (HSA), CSR/ESG and Health Equity programs. Drive pipeline-to-revenue conversion. 4. Engagement Delivery & Execution Oversight: Ensure all signed deals are successfully executed through CareLink, oversee deployment of doctors and physiotherapists, health hubs, community outreach programs. Track and enforce service quality, patient/user adoption, operational efficiency. 5. Strategic Growth & Market Expansion: Develop short- and long-term account strategies, identify opportunities for market expansion, product bundling, government and institutional partnerships. 6. Team Leadership & Coordination: Lead cross-functional teams across Legal & Risk, Health Equity / CSR, Product (iDoctorAccess), Execution (CareLink). Drive accountability, performance, and delivery alignment.
Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB, JD, or equivalent), Minimum 5+ years in management and client leadership roles, Proven track record in revenue generation, deal closure, client-facing advisory.
