Duties and Responsibilities: Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with business goals, oversee multi-platform social media strategy, plan and execute paid marketing campaigns, lead visual identity and ensure brand consistency, define and track core metrics, drive brand partnerships and collaboration, and work closely with cross-functional teams.
Required Qualifications: 3–5 years in marketing (preferably digital/e-commerce), proven experience leading multi-channel marketing teams, strong background in social media and paid advertising, strategic thinking and execution ability, strong analytical and data interpretation skills, deep understanding of social media algorithms, digital advertising platforms, SEO, and content marketing, creative direction and design sensibility, project management and leadership skills.
