Job Overview: As a Business Development Manager, you will be critical in driving the company's overall corporate sales and expanding our market presence. Duties and Responsibilities: Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients and business opportunities within the software industry. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, industry influencers, institutions, and organisations. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Minimum of 2 years of proven work experience in business development or sales within the software industry. Strong understanding of software products and services, including SaaS and enterprise solutions. Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment. Exceptional communication and presentation skills to effectively convey complex ideas and solutions to clients and stakeholders. Strategic thinker who can identify market opportunities and develop actionable plans. Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities to close deals and establish mutually beneficial partnerships. Team player with the capacity to collaborate and influence cross-functional teams effectively. An analytical mindset with the ability to analyse market data, trends, and customer feedback to inform decision-making. Willingness to travel as required to meet clients and attend industry events.
