Job Overview: We are seeking to hire a B2B Sales Executive – Bulk Textiles (Corporate & Government Contractors) to join our team.
Duties and Responsibilities: Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities with large corporate and government contractors across target sectors. Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, needs analysis, proposal development, negotiation, contract closing, and post-sale account management. Build and maintain strong C-level and procurement relationships with key decision-makers in target organizations. Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and competitor activity. Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and revenue KPIs. Collaborate closely with production, quality control, and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and high customer satisfaction. Provide regular sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and market intelligence to management.
Required Qualifications: Minimum 4–7 years of proven B2B sales experience. Demonstrated success selling in bulk volumes to corporates and/or government institutions is highly preferred. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Strong hunter mentality with proven ability to open doors and close complex, high-value deals. Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Textiles, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
