Job Overview:
Seeking a strategic advisor in technical insurance broking with a focus on risk management and operational efficiency.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Design and execute frameworks for innovation in technical insurance broking, lead policy assessment and renewals, synchronize policy administration with commercial goals, oversee claims processing and risk assessments, provide data-driven reports to leadership, ensure compliance with regulations.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Insurance, Business Administration, or related field; mandatory professional certification in insurance (e.g., CIIN or equivalent).
Educational Background:
Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree is an advantage.
Experience:
At least 5 years of experience in insurance operations, preferably from a broking background.
Languages:
English
