Job Overview: The Graphic Designer is responsible for creating compelling visual content that communicates Africado’s brand identity, supports business development activities, and drives engagement across digital and print platforms.
Duties and Responsibilities: Design and produce consistent, on-brand visual assets, including logos, presentations, brochures, flyers, and banners. Maintain and evolve Africado’s visual identity and brand guidelines across all touchpoints. Develop creative concepts and design solutions that align with strategic communication goals. Ensure all outputs meet quality standards in terms of layout, typography, colour, and resolution. Create engaging graphics, infographics, and visual content for social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X). Design email marketing templates, digital newsletters, and e-flyers for campaigns and events. Collaborate with the business development team to produce proposal visuals, pitch decks, and presentation templates. Support video editing and motion graphics production where required. Design and prepare print-ready files for corporate materials, including letterheads, ID cards, banners, and branded merchandise. Produce visual content for training programmes, workshops, and client engagements under Africado. Coordinate with external printers and vendors to ensure accurate, timely production of physical materials. Manage a well-organised library of design assets, templates, and brand resources.
Required Qualifications: Minimum of 2 years of experience
Educational Background: Minimum of a BSc.
