Job Description
Job Overview:
We are looking for a Service Sales Manager to drive SLA sales and grow our Technical Services and Projects business. You will work closely with internal teams and clients to identify opportunities, customize solutions, and ensure high-quality service delivery.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the Technical Services and Projects department, driving performance and team success. Generate and close sales leads for Technical Services, Projects products, and SLA offerings. Collaborate with technical teams to design tailored solutions that meet client needs better than competitors. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, prospects, and external stakeholders to grow business opportunities. Partner with internal teams to plan, follow up, and execute effective sales strategies. Liaise with manufacturers, suppliers, contractors, and regulatory authorities to ensure smooth operations and compliance. Ensure high-quality service delivery while advising clients on best practices and optimal use of services. Support sales and marketing initiatives, including reporting, issue resolution, and providing strategic insights for business growth.

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, or Business Development (MBA is an advantage). 4+ years of relevant experience in selling SLA or technology sales. Experience in the medical technology or capital equipment industry is an added advantage. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platform.

4+ years of relevant experience in selling SLA or technology sales. Experience in the medical technology or capital equipment industry is an added advantage.

Additional Notes:
Excellent client-facing and interpersonal skills. Strong communication (written and verbal) skills. Solid organizational and multitasking abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Project and Primavera software. Experience in financial oversight and budget management. Self-starter with strong ownership and a desire to close deals in the field. Experience working in healthcare, biomedical, or technical service environments. Familiarity with service contracts, maintenance planning, and after-sales support models. Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets. Customer-centric mindset with a consultative sales approach.
