Duties and Responsibilities: Identifying and engaging potential clients, driving sales initiatives, conducting market research, building relationships with stakeholders, preparing sales reports, representing the company at events, and ensuring seamless communication with clients to maximize customer satisfaction.
Required Qualifications: Proven ability in business development, sales strategies, and relationship building with clients; strong verbal and written communication, and client engagement skills; capacity for conducting market research, understanding real estate trends, and analyzing competitor activities; proficiency in managing work priorities, preparing reports, and data analysis to support decision-making; ability to work in a team or independently, with experience in motivating and leading teams to achieve goals.
Educational Background: OND, HND, BSC or a related field.
Experience: Prior sales or real estate experience preferred.
Languages: English
Additional Notes: Full-time, on-site position.
