Job Description
Job Overview:
We are seeking a high-performing and results-driven Lead – Business Development to drive asset growth, expand market presence, and strengthen client relationships across retail, HNI, and institutional segments.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Develop and execute strategies to grow Assets Under Management (AUM), source and onboard retail, HNI, and institutional clients, build and manage a strong sales pipeline and conversion strategy, drive awareness and adoption of investment products, identify new product opportunities based on market trends and client needs, establish and manage partnerships with banks, fintechs, and financial advisors, collaborate with investment and product teams to align offerings with market expectations, ensure high client retention through proactive engagement and service delivery, lead and manage commission-based sales agents, provide market intelligence and competitor analysis to support strategic decisions.

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Marketing, Accounting, or related field, minimum of 3+ years’ experience in asset management, wealth management, or financial services, strong understanding of capital markets and investment products, proven experience in fundraising or portfolio management, excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.

Educational Background:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Marketing, Accounting, or related field

Experience:
Minimum of 3+ years’ experience in asset management, wealth management, or financial services

Languages:
English
