Duties and Responsibilities: The role involves planning and executing innovative content strategies to drive brand awareness and engagement. Responsibilities include creating high-quality written, visual, and social media content, developing creative campaigns, analyzing content performance metrics, and aligning content with the brand’s voice. The role also requires close collaboration across departments to ensure a cohesive brand identity across all platforms.
Required Qualifications: Proven expertise in Content Creation, Copywriting, and Visual Storytelling. Experience in Social Media Strategy, Campaign Planning, and marketing" style="border-bottom: 1px dotted #007bff !important;">Digital Marketing. Proficiency in Graphic Design, Video Editing, and Visual Editing software. Strong Research, Analytical, and Content Performance Optimization skills. Effective Communication and Collaboration skills to work with cross-disciplinary teams. Attention to detail with Editing and Proofreading capabilities. Familiarity with trends in the natural cosmetics and beauty industry is a plus.
Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media, Communications, or a related field preferred.
Experience: Proven expertise in Content Creation, Copywriting, and Visual Storytelling.

Additional Notes: Hours of Operation: Hybrid, physical once/week, the rest hybrid. Salary: 80-100k/ monthly excluding tax. Physical presence: 10-7pm once/week.
