Job Overview:
Tassel Planner is seeking an Operations Coordinator to take ownership of order fulfilment, inventory management, and day-to-day operational systems. The Operations Coordinator exists to ensure that orders are fulfilled accurately, inventory is well-managed, and operational systems run smoothly.

Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Order Fulfilment & Quality Control: Personalise products according to confirmed order details, pack customer orders neatly, conduct quality checks, manage fulfilment timelines. 2. Inventory & Supply Management: Maintain accurate records of operational inventory, monitor stock levels, coordinate restocking. 3. Operational Readiness & Office Support: Ensure fulfilment and office spaces are organised, coordinate vendor pickups. 4. Deliveries & Pickups: Coordinate package pickups and liaise with logistics partners. 5. Systems & Website Maintenance: Update product listings, maintain inventory accuracy, monitor automations. 6. Process Improvement & Documentation: Create operational checklists, suggest improvements. 7. Stockist & Distribution Coordination: Maintain records of stockists, track stock levels, follow up for reports.

Required Qualifications:
Candidates must currently reside within the Obalende–Ajah axis or have reliable accommodation within this area. Proximity to the work location is essential for consistency and performance.

Additional Notes:
Hybrid role - 3 days in store, 2 days work from home. Additional hours may be required during peak seasons or special activations. Compensation: ₦140,000 – ₦180,000 base + performance bonus + data stipend.
