Job Overview: YDPay is seeking a highly driven Product Marketing & Sales Manager who will be responsible for driving revenue, user acquisition, and market expansion for YDPay’s products; with a strong focus on high-value users, premium offerings, and strategic partnerships.
Duties and Responsibilities: 1. Sales & Revenue Growth: Own the end-to-end sales cycle, build and manage a structured, high-performing sales pipeline, engage and convert high-net-worth individuals, business owners, and corporate clients. 2. Product Marketing & Positioning: Develop and execute go-to-market strategies, position products effectively, translate product features into compelling value propositions. 3. Campaign Execution & Growth: Plan and execute local marketing campaigns, drive user acquisition through social media and direct outreach channels. 4. Partnerships & Channel Development: Identify and manage influencer partnerships and strategic distribution channels. 5. Pipeline Management & Reporting: Track sales activity and maintain accurate reporting on pipeline health and revenue performance. 6. Brand Representation: Act as a key ambassador for YDPay and ensure consistent brand positioning.
Required Qualifications: Minimum 3+ years of B2C and/or B2B sales experience in fintech, financial services, banking, payments or related industries. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Strong experience managing the full sales lifecycle and building structured sales pipelines.
Experience: Experience in crypto, digital assets, or fintech startups is preferred. Exposure to high-growth or early-stage environments is a plus.
