Job Overview: PU Prime is a global Forex and CFD brokerage offering trading services across multiple financial markets, including Forex, commodities, indices, and shares. The company operates internationally and is focused on expanding its presence in high-growth regions, including Africa.
Duties and Responsibilities: Execute regional marketing strategies for Forex & CFD products across Africa, generate and manage qualified trading leads (retail traders, IBs, affiliates), build and maintain a strong sales pipeline with sales teams, run performance marketing campaigns (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, Telegram, WhatsApp funnels), improve lead-to-deposit conversion rates, manage and optimize CRM systems and lead tracking, drive client retention, reactivation, and engagement campaigns, develop and grow IB and affiliate networks across Africa, conduct market research and competitor analysis, optimize performance based on CPL, CPA, ROI, and conversion metrics.
Required Qualifications: 3 - 7 years experience in Forex / CFD / financial services marketing
