Job Overview: The Investment Performance Analyst is responsible for providing objective, accurate, and timely reporting of investment performance and risk metrics. The role involves calculating returns, attributing performance to specific investment decisions, and ensuring that all portfolios remain compliant with National Pension Commission (PenCom) regulations.
Duties and Responsibilities: Monitor and analyse investment portfolio performance, Prepare daily, monthly, quarterly and annual performance reports, Ensure accuracy of performance calculations in line with industry standards, maintain performance databases and documentation, data validation and reconciliation of investment records, Assist with regulatory and management reporting.
Required Qualifications: BSc in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field
Educational Background: BSc in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field
Experience: 2-5 years relevant working experience in investment analysis or performance reporting within a PFA, Asset Management firm, Financial institution or Investment Bank.
Languages: Strong analytical communication and report-writing skills
Additional Notes: Proficiency in MS excel (Advanced formulas, VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables), experience with financial or investment analysis tools is an advantage.
