Job Description
Job Overview:
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Instructor at Coach Amarak, based in Lagos State, Nigeria. The Instructor will deliver engaging and effective training sessions, develop curriculum materials, and evaluate participants' progress.
Duties and Responsibilities:
The Instructor will collaborate with team members to design tailored training solutions, conduct research to stay updated on the latest industry trends and educational methodologies, and provide mentorship and support to participants, ensuring they achieve their learning objectives and excel in their respective fields.
Required Qualifications:
Strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills; experience in curriculum development, instructional design, and training delivery; ability to assess participant progress and provide constructive feedback; proficiency in research and staying updated on industry trends; problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt training methods to meet diverse learner needs; experience in team collaboration and mentoring participants; strong organizational and time management abilities.
Educational Background:
Bachelor's degree in Education, Training, or related field is preferred.
Experience:
Prior experience in a coaching or training role is a plus.
