Job Overview:
Join our Credit Eligibility team at M-KOPA to help shape credit risk and eligibility decisions for millions across Africa, influencing access to loans and managing risk at scale.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Own the analytical work that drives lending strategy, analyze repayments data, refine loan pricing, monitor credit performance, test new loan types, and collaborate with data scientists on machine learning models.
Required Qualifications:
Strong statistical modelling and quantitative analysis skills, experience in credit, underwriting, or lending analytics, fluency in Python and SQL, ability to translate data insights into business strategies, strong communication and collaboration skills.

Experience in roles with significant analytical components, particularly in credit and eligibility decisions.
Languages:
Fluency in Python, SQL, and other relevant analytical tools.
