Senior Power Systems Engineer

Job Overview:

Duties and Responsibilities:
Assist Power Systems Engineers and Project Engineers in solar and battery backup installations, conduct site inspections with minimal to zero supervision, ensure quality assurance and compliance with project specifications, support in system design, layout, and commissioning, troubleshoot and resolve technical issues on-site, maintain accurate project documentation and reports.

Required Qualifications:
Degree in Electrical Engineering, major in Power. 5+ years of relevant experience in renewable energy (solar & battery backup installations). Strong knowledge of solar PV systems, inverters, and energy storage solutions. Ability to interpret electrical schematics and perform system diagnostics. Hands-on experience in fieldwork, site assessments, and installation support. Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.

Educational Background:
Degree in Electrical Engineering, major in Power.

Experience:
5+ years of relevant experience in renewable energy (solar & battery backup installations).

Additional Notes:
Salary: ₦150,000 Gross Monthly. Transportation Stipend: Provided only when on projects. Work Mode: On-site at project locations (when assigned), and at the Corporate office four days weekly. Remote work on non-project days only - two days weekly. Annually Salary Review (guaranteed only by employee performance and business performance). Year-end performance Bonus (Tailored to business performance for the financial year).
