Job Overview: We are seeking an Import /Export Executive handling import documentation, monitoring clearance milestones, coordinating Pre-Arrival Assessment Report (PARR) processes where applicable, and following up on Form M, PAAR, SONCAP, NAFDAC, customs documentation, duty assessment, terminal releases, and delivery coordination.

Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Maritime Studies, or a related field, Strong experience in Client Services, Import Operations, Client Relations, and Customer Satisfaction, Good understanding of end-to-end import clearance processes, including documentation, customs procedures, terminal operations, and delivery coordination, Practical knowledge of import documentation, such as Form M, PAAR/PARR, Bill of Lading, Commercial Invoice, Packing List, SONCAP, NAFDAC permits, duty assessment documents, and terminal release documentation, Ability to coordinate with shipping lines, terminals, customs agents, transporters, field officers, and internal operations teams, Experience in field control, operational follow-up, job tracking, and issue escalation, Strong business relationship management skills to maintain effective client partnerships, Analytical skills to assess operational gaps, resolve process issues, and improve client service delivery, Ability to handle customer queries, documentation issues, and clearance-related challenges promptly, Excellent written and verbal communication skills, Proactive, detail-oriented, and solution-driven mindset, Familiarity with freight forwarding, customs clearing, and logistics operations is required.
Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Maritime Studies, or a related field
