Job Overview: We are seeking a performance-focused Marketing Manager who is not just a strategist, but a practical executor. This role is for someone who can turn marketing conversations, leads, and interest into real customer actions, conversions, and revenue. You will be responsible for planning, launching, managing, and optimizing marketing campaigns.
Duties and Responsibilities: Plan, set up, and run paid and organic marketing campaigns across all relevant platforms. Monitor campaign performance in real time and make immediate adjustments. Ensure every advert placed is optimized for conversion and lead generation, not just impressions. Design campaigns with a clear objective, and get qualified prospects to take action. Track every lead that comes in from every marketing touchpoint and ensure proper handoff to the sales team. Distinguish between engaged audiences and passive scrollers and build strategies that attract the former. Oversee the creation of compelling marketing materials that do more than look good; they must drive response. Manage social media channels with an active, conversion-oriented approach. Develop email marketing, WhatsApp campaigns, and digital promotions that generate real traction. Stay ahead of what is working in real estate marketing locally and internationally. Identify new channels, platforms, and audiences that CW Real Estate is not yet reaching. Bring fresh, data-backed ideas to the table and then go and execute them. Provide clear, honest reporting on what is working and what is not. Develop and manage detailed marketing calendars. Plan campaigns well in advance of events, launches, or promotions. Ensure the timely execution of all exclusive property. Draft and execute the blog post.
Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. 2 – 4 years of marketing experience, with demonstrable campaign results. Proven experience running paid digital campaigns (Meta, Google, etc.). Strong understanding of organic and paid social media marketing. Experience in real estate marketing is an advantage, but not mandatory. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
Experience: 2 – 4 years of marketing experience, with demonstrable campaign results.
