Job Overview: The Pharmacy Assistant Tutor is responsible for delivering high-quality theoretical and practical instruction within the Pharmacy Assistant program at Medbuddy Academy. The tutor will guide students through structured modules covering pharmacy operations, medication safety, pharmaceutical calculations, dispensing workflows, and professional practice.
Duties and Responsibilities: Deliver structured lectures aligned with the Medbuddy Pharmacy Assistant curriculum, facilitate both in-person and virtual learning sessions, teach core topics including pharmacy practice, prescription interpretation, pharmaceutical calculations, pharmacology fundamentals, medication safety, pharmacy law and ethics, inventory and pharmacy workflow, guide students through practical skills training, design and administer quizzes and assessments, provide mentorship and support, develop learning materials, maintain professional standards, and collaborate with the academic team.
Required Qualifications: Strong pharmacy knowledge and excellent teaching ability.
Educational Background: Relevant educational background in pharmacy or related field.
Experience: Experience in teaching or training in pharmacy-related subjects is preferred.
Languages: Proficiency in English is required.
