Job Overview: Vileda is a leading international household cleaning brand with 70+ years of German innovation. At CHF HERON, we’re bringing Vileda’s trusted mops, cloths, and gloves to every Nigerian home. We need a Brand Manager who can make Nigerians fall in love with cleaning again.
Duties and Responsibilities: Develop annual brand plan, pricing, and positioning for Vileda Nigeria. Deliver volume, value, and market share targets. Launch new SKUs from Vileda. Adapt products/packs for Nigerian consumers. Plan digital, market storms, in-store activations, work with agencies to create plans that sell. Partner with Sales to drive distribution, visibility across Nigeria.
Required Qualifications: 4–6 years brand management in FMCG. Strong analytical skills, consumer insights, marketing" style="border-bottom: 1px dotted #007bff !important;">digital marketing, trade understanding, marketing campaigns and data analysis.
Educational Background: BSc in Marketing, Business, or related.
Experience: 4–6 years brand management in FMCG. Household, homecare, or personal care experience is a strong plus.
Languages: English
Additional Notes: Experience managing international brands or dealing with modern trade buyers is a bonus. Competitive salary + performance bonus + HMO + pension.
