Job Overview: Supply Chain at Jaza Energy is a fun, fast-paced, agile and people-focused business. The Regional Dispatcher owns last-mile transport execution at the regional fulfillment centre, converting outbound demand into structured, optimised delivery plans with high DIFOT performance and controlled costs.
Duties and Responsibilities: Dispatch planning and execution control, including daily and weekly dispatch plans, optimised vehicle loads, clustering deliveries, maintaining visibility of delivery demand, ensuring vehicle staging and documentation, enforcing system-based dispatch execution, conducting load verification, capturing real-time updates, managing fleet and 3PL drivers, and conducting end-of-day debriefs.
Required Qualifications: Strong cross-functional coordination with Inventory, Operations, and Transport teams; understanding of last-mile logistics constraints; experience managing 3PL networks and driver performance.
Educational Background: Degree or HND in Supply Chain, Logistics, Transport Management, Business Administration, or Engineering.
Experience: 2 to 4 years of experience in dispatch, transport coordination, or last-mile logistics.
Languages: English
Additional Notes: Good to have skills include ownership of delivery performance and hands-on experience with dispatch platforms such as Loginext, Routific.
